Central Coast Transition to School Projects is funded under the Families NSW and AYCFS programs by Families and Community Services.

The Department of Education has partnered with FACS to develop projects that will build the capacity of community members with children aged 0-6 years in the areas of parenting, disability service, and mental health and wellbeing by linking them to relevant support services before school age.
